Membership Policies
To provide the best experience for all members, please review the following terms:
Membership is $89 per month and will be automatically charged each month using the payment method on file.
Membership includes one Customized Basic Facial per billing cycle.
Members may choose one complimentary enhancement per visit with a value of up to $35.
Enhancements valued above $35 may be upgraded by paying the difference as listed above.
One facial may be rolled over to the following month if unused. Additional unused services beyond one rollover will expire.
Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the member.
Membership fees are non-refundable.
A minimum of 30 days' notice is required to cancel your membership.
Standard cancellation policies still apply. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may result in the forfeiture of that month's facial.
Membership pricing and benefits are subject to change with advance notice.
Island Aura reserves the right to modify or discontinue the membership program at any time. Existing members will be notified in advance of any changes.
