Interested in learning more about the Chakras? This workshop series invites you to tap into your inner energy centers for a deeper understanding of the body + how we experience the world.  This series is broken down into 7 different classes to align with the 7 Chakras we will be learning about. Participants are welcome to come to one, some, or all of the workshops. It is not necessary to commit to all 7 weeks unless you wanted to. This Workshop Series runs from Thursday, November 13th through Thursday, January 15th.

Each Workshop Will Include:

• Education + Discussion about the Chakras

• Guided Meditation + Reiki

• Sound Healing with Crystal Singing Bowls + Chimes

• Journalling Prompts + Tools for Balancing Your Chakras

• Community

These workshops will be held at The Center of Anna Maria Island located at 407 Magnolia Ave, Anna Maria Island, FL from 10:30AM-12:00PM.

Week 1: November 13th - The Root Chakra Week 2: November 20th - The Sacral Chakra Week 3: December 4th - The Solar Plexus Chakra Week 4: December 11th - The Heart Chakra Week 5: December 18th - The Throat Chakra Week 6: January 8th - The Third Eye Chakra Week 7: January 15th - The Crown Chakra
